In the morning, again had to wait several minutes to speak to someone at the front desk (I heard him inside the office and called out several times and got no response). He moved me into a room right in front of a door that opens to the outside and people were coming and going throughout the night and the door kept waking me up. Very unprofessional response, not to mention that I don't understand why, if there were two employees, including a GM, they wouldn't be inside either at the front desk or in the office where the door was left wide open. A different front desk person walked in from outside and when I mentioned I had an issue and had been waiting for several minutes, his response was "I was just outside talking to my GM". I walked down and waited over 5 minutes for someone to show up to help me out. Later in the afternoon, water started dripping out of the top of the tank on the toilet, so I tried to call front desk and the phone didn't work. When I checked in, I asked for a quiet room away from the elevator and the gentleman that helped me was very nice. The hotel is in a quiet area, which is a huge plus, but I was disappointed with several other things.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard in Addison for a night and didn't have the best experience. Thank you so much for helping our family during this time. There are enough words to express my families gratitude to Marriott. Juan also made the checkout experience beyond effortless. Justine was just a phone call away and would bring us anything that we needed so we wouldn't have to leave the room. I just want to say during this time we had beyond wonderful customer service. I called the hotel back and spoke with Juan and explain the situation and was able to cancel the last night so we could stay home and deal with the water extraction, plumbers etc. We were advise the next morning that our water was on back on but the pipes burst and my sons room was flooded when we came home to check on everything. I spoke with Justine at the front desk and she and her manager was able to put us in a handicap assessable suite which was close to the door. We checked in on 02/20/21 for 2 nights and once we got there and I saw the room I became upset because it would not accommodate my husbands disability needs.
